Lionel Ainsworth rejoins Hereford United

Ainsworth was transferred to Watford in January after a two-month loan spell with the Championship club.
The 21-year-old winger made 19 appearances for Hereford, scoring eight goals, including a hat-trick against Yeovil Town in the Carling Cup, and was also on target when the Bulls knocked Leeds United out of the FA Cup last season before he moved on to Watford.
But he has struggled to hold down a first-team place with the Hornets, having only made seven starts at Vicarage Road, but he is a firm favourite with the Hereford fans, who will be looking to him to trigger a revival of fortune.
Although Hereford were knocked out of the FA Cup by Dagenham and Redbridge on Tuesday, boss Graham Turner is looking to the players to follow up their impressive win over Cheltenham Town at the weekend with another three points against Northampton.
"We are hoping the win over Cheltenham will be the springboard for better results," said Turner.
"I think we all felt the relief of picking up the three points last Saturday."
