Byrne aims to state his Swindon case

Byrne takes charge of the side for the second time in a temporary capacity when Town face Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Stadium tomorrow.
He is expected to have at least another two games at the helm with Andrew Fitton expected to interview Ian Holloway, John Ward and a number of other candidates in the next seven days.
Byrne has already confirmed that he would like the job on a permanent basis and believes a win at Rovers followed by victories against Peterborough and Walsall in the next 10 days could put him right in the mix.
He said: "I am taking the side to Bristol Rovers confident of getting a result and if we can also win against Peterborough and Wallsall that can only help my chances.
"We are three points off the drop zone with a game in hand right now, but we will be right in the mix should we win the next three.
"That is my aim. I have told the chairman that I want the job on a full-time basis and a run like that would certainly help my chances."
Byrne, however, concedes that he is not a favourite among supporters to succeed Maurice Malpas as manager, but is determined to win over the doubters.
"I know I am not second, third or even fourth choice amongst supporters," he said.
"It is up to me to change their minds and I can only do that by getting results.
"If I can change the opinion of 10 per cent of the people that don't want me then I am doing something right.
"If I can change all their opinions then fantastic. It is all about results and winning games is the only way I can change opinion."
Fitton would be willing to talk to former Watford boss Aidy Boothroyd should he register an interest, and Byrne added: "I have heard the name Aidy Boothroyd mentioned but when he got the job at Watford people over there were asking: 'Who?'
"Look at what he achieved there and who's to say I couldn't do something similar at Swindon – I just need the opportunity."
Town midfielders Craig Easton (calf) and Lee Peacock (back) are both expected to shake off knocks to be available for selection.
Hasney Aljofree came through a reserve outing at Chippenham on Wednesday and is expected to return in defence. Striker Simon Cox is banned and likely to be replaced by Barry Corr.
